It is our aim that all items produced in the Cherrywood Designs range are of exceptional quality and that these items may be kept as a special memento of the occasion.
** Upon receipt of your parcel, please check your items.
** All of Cherrywood Designs range is handmade - NOT mass produced
** Due to this there may be very small differences between items seen in photos on the website to items you purchase.
** There may be a difference in the colour of crystals and pearls due to the settings of your computer. If you are wanting to see the exact colour, it is recommended that you Contact Cherrywood Designs to arrange for a sample of the required colours to be posted to you.
** Every precaution is taken to make sure that your items are delivered safely and not damaged while in the post.
** Due to hygiene concerns, NO Returns / Refunds / Exchanges are available on pierced earrings or headwear with combs.
** Customers have 14 Days to cancel an order. For those item/s already posted, the buyer is required to return the item/s as stated below in 'Returns & Refunds'

** Should you wish to return your order, please first Contact Cherrywood Designs by email within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return.
** If Cherrywood Designs is unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, a refund will be processed upon timely receipt of the goods purchased.
** Unopened goods will be refunded in full less Postage & Handling costs.
** Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. (e.g. Paypal)
** All refunds are made at the discretion of www.cherrywooddesigns.com.
** The Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items by the same postage method as they were sent.
** The Buyer is responsible for the safe return of the item/s – In original condition, unopened/unworn, undamaged and with all tags attached and in original packaging.
