DELIVERY OF GOODS
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 21days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of www.cherrywooddesigns.com.
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

POSTAL TIME FRAME
** Where it is indicated that the item/s are in stock, your order will be posted within 1-2 business days of full payment.
** For Bespoke/Custom Orders, the delivery time will depend on how long it takes to have the item made. This could be anywhere from 1-6 weeks depending on the item/s. Please check the item description for time frames required and expected delivery times.
POSTAL ADDRESS
** Your order will be posted to the address in Paypal. Please ensure that the address is up-to-date.
** If you would like your order to be sent to a different address that what is listed in Paypal, you must inform Cherrywood Designs at time of order.
** Cherrywood Designs is not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address and a refund will not be an option.
** Signature on Delivery is required with all parcels.
POSTAGE FOR ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
Pre-paid Satchel Parcel Post:
** All orders will be sent by Pre-paid Satchel Parcel Post
** Orders should be received in 1-7 business days of being posted
Orders $300.00 and over:
** Postage on Australian Orders of $300.00 and over (before P&H) is free to the purchaser only when sent by Pre-Paid Satchel Parcel Post (Proof of Posting, Tracking No & Signature on Delivery). Any other type of postage or delivery option is at the buyer's expense. If an urgent order is requested by Express postage or delivery, this is at the buyer's expense.
Pre-Paid Satchel Parcel Post ensures:
** Your parcel will be delivered in 1-7 business days of being posted
** ‘Pre-Paid Parcel Post’ provides proof the parcel was sent, tracking number and a signature is obtained on delivery
** Orders may be insured against loss or damage

** Cherrywood Designs will post to International address.
** Orders will be sent to USA, Canada, UK, NZ using 'Pack & Track International
** To upgrade a parcel for Urgent Delivery, please Contact Cherrywood Designs before payment of order
** For postage to other areas, please Contact Cherrywood Designs prior to payment of an order for cost of postage
‘Pack & Track’ ensures:

** A unique tracking code to track your parcel to its final destination
** Reliable delivery within 3-10 business days
** Proof of posting
** Extra cover up to $500 (available to certain countries)
Orders $300.00 and over:
** Postage on International Orders of $300.00 and over (before P&H) is free to the purchaser only when sent by "Pack & Track International'. Any other type of postage or delivery option is at the buyer's expense. If an urgent order is requested by Express postage or delivery, this is at the buyer's expense.
** Please Contact Cherrywood Designs if you have any questions regarding postage and delivery.
** No extra cost will be added to postage when ordering more than 1 item unless you are ordering Crystal & Feather Bouquets - in which case I will contact you regarding the cost of delivery before your order is made/processed.
** Any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
** There are some instances where delays will happen within the postal service. If your parcel is not delivered in the indicated time, please Contact Cherrywood Designs and it will be made a priority to inquire about the delivery of the parcel with the Postal service. This is only possible with services issuing a tracking number. The details of any 'Tracking Numbers' will be emailed to you the same day your parcel has been posted.
